Set up call forwarding

Find your carrier below and follow the steps. Takes about 60 seconds.

Voicemail must be turned off first

Most carriers have voicemail set up by default. It will intercept your calls before the forwarding kicks in. Disable voicemail first, then set up forwarding.

Universal method (works on all phones)

iPhone: Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding → Toggle ON → Enter your AI number

Android: Phone app → ⋮ Menu → Settings → Call Forwarding → Forward when unanswered → Enter your AI number

This method works on every carrier but forwards ALL calls. The carrier-specific codes below only forward when you don't answer.

Want to switch back to voicemail?

Turned on a forwarding you didn't mean to? Putting voicemail back on is simple. Dial one of these from your phone:

Undo "no answer" forwarding##61#
Undo "phone off" forwarding##62#
Undo "line busy" forwarding##67#
Undo ALL forwarding at once##002#

Your carrier voicemail will be restored automatically after clearing the forwarding.

Still not working?

Some carriers need voicemail disabled at the network level — not just on your phone.

Call your carrier's customer service and say: "I want to completely deactivate voicemail and set up call forwarding when unanswered to [your AI number]"
